Saddle Pin

The saddle pin is used for the treatment of edges. It can be used to round out the edge.

The aim is to suppress cracks that can originate from the component edges by applying residual compressive stresses with the high frequency HiFIT process.

The anti-rotation spike prevents the saddle pin from changing the machining angle during the application.

The saddle pin can be used in all HiFIT models.
